My recent "hack" for including more volume to meals without adding too many calories and allowing for bulk meal prep is to prep these chunks and throw them into whatever my meal is.

Yesterday, I had alfredo penne pasta at home. Threw in two handfuls of these bad boys.

The stir fries etc make these actually palatable but I don't want to waste too many cals on the fats needed to make these yummy.

So as of now, I do an egg a day, some chunks aand a scoop of whey.

This morning I reached my first goal weight and am pretty happy. I think this hack helped me.
