I have no doubt this is delicious, but it looks like you’re trying to trick a person who exclusively eats tofu into eating chicken.
People get so judgy whenever Hainanese chicken is posted. Just because the chicken isn’t smothered in sauce doesn’t mean it’s flavorless or totally plain. Looks great, OP
