
Im somebody who for most of my recent life has been hungry only once or twice a day, so I try to make my meals about exactly half of what I’ll need that day, with only a little room for if I need some extra protein or something. I don’t have a scale yet, so I’m not sure if I’m over guessing (Cronometer said about 570)
