  1. Still a summer of kabobs / kebabs here. These came out excellent, very tasty & highly recommended. Infinite marinade options.

    High heat high temp seared & finished low direct 350-375 F until it Thermapen Mk4 temp probed 165 F on the pieces of chicken.

    Lot of food there, each kabob was ~1 lb.
