

Found a rye bread I really like, and I think the macros are good? I had it with gouda, ham, apple and cucumber slices and a mug of miso bone broth and it was really nice, but you're not meant to eat ham every day right? I'm not very good at coming up with things to eat so I've come to you for help x3 If possible I'd like to eat two slices of this, one for breakfast one for lunch. I could do this every day right? Sorry, I just really like routine. I feel like I'll be less likely to skip meals if I can have this every day.
