
BBQ Bacon Ranch BLT Recipe
Ingredients for 2 sandwiches:
8 slices thick-cut bacon
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices fresh tomato
1 cup shredded lettuce
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
2 sandwich buns (brioche or sandwich rolls), split and toasted
Instructions:
Cook the bacon until nearly crisp, about 6-8 minutes.
Brush both sides of the bacon with BBQ sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Transter to a paper towel-lined plate.
Toast the sandwich buns in a skillet with a bit of butter until golden and slightly crisp.
Add the bottom bun to a plate. Add ranch dressing then layer on 4 slices of bacon, 2 slices of tomato, a generous handful of shredded lettuce, shredded cheese and a drizzle with more ranch dressing. Add the top bun and serve immediately
