All low calorie bread types online cost this much. And they aren't sold where I reside, so the only way to get my hands on such bread is through online shopping.
(Yes. I know those are more than 1 loaf, but still. 30 bucks for 2-3 loaves is crazy)

Why are you buying bread on Amazon?
I don’t know if you’re actually doing keto, but I just buy regular bakery style white loaves or sourdough for my sandwiches, which are infinitely tastier than keto breads. They’re usually 60-70 cal per oz, and each slice is usually around 1 oz as well. Just load up on tons of veggies and protein for your sandwiches and I get very filling sandwiches for 300-400 calories.
Low calorie breads save me so many calories, because I take one bite and stop eating. They make my mouth feel weird.
Just use one slice of regular bread.
Talk to your grocery store managers. They can order things for you. I live in a pretty rural area but I can get keto bread at Walmart and Food Lion. Even our smallest grocery store that isn’t a chain can get it in, if you ask.
I do low carbish and use Sara Lee delightful white or multigrain, low cal for 2 slices and not horrible for low carb. Much cheaper
Aldi has 30 cal keto bread (tho saw you don’t have one)
Do you not have a grocery store near you?
All the major stores near me have multiple brands of different lo-cal bread.
Walmart Canada has Silver Hills (light blue) and it’s only 50 cal. Weight Watchers should be available in USA Walmarts.
If you have a Safeway/Albertsons or a Kroger store near you (Fred Meyer, Ralph’s, QFC, etc.), they sell Hero bread and tortillas and sometimes bagels, which are hands down the BEST low calorie/high protein and fiber bread products I’ve tried, and I’ve tried many!
Many Walmarts carry Sola bagels, which are 110 calories and 30g fiber/15g protein, my personal favourite for the macros and flavour/texture balance. They’re soooo good.
And if neither of those things are near you, I get a BUNCH of stuff from Netrition.com. Sola, Hero, and Schmidt’s Old Tyme 647 bread products are all sold there only a little more expensive than they are in grocery stores but nowhere near the price markup in your post😅
And also for the record, Royo bagels are…not good. They have so much oat fiber they taste like sawdust to me. I know the calories are unbelievably low but even at 70 per bagel I felt like I was wasting calories on them due to extreme lack of enjoyment. Seriously try Sola bagels. They’re so much better and the extra 40 calories are TREMENDOUSLY worth it.
