

I tried a defecit of 1750 and always went over. I want to go from 193 to 130 as a 5”2 29 yo woman.
I am not measuring my food (mashed potatoes) and it seems like everything brings me close.
I might just eat meat and carrot and celery sticks for dinner and drink tea.
I don’t work out right now but I walk twice a day.
