    Recipe – Lemon Cake with Creamy Lemon Glaze πŸ‹

    Ingredients:
    For the cake:
    β€’ 5 eggs
    β€’ 1 cup sugar (125g)
    β€’ 1 cup oil (150ml)
    β€’ 1 cup milk (150ml)
    β€’ Zest of 1 lemon
    β€’ 1 packet vanilla sugar (8g)
    β€’ 4 packets baking powder
    β€’ Pinch of salt
    β€’ Flour (as needed for batter consistency)

    For the lemon cream:
    β€’ 500 ml milk
    β€’ 2 tbsp cornstarch
    β€’ 2–3 tbsp sugar (to taste)
    β€’ Β½ cup lemon juice
    β€’ 1 plain yogurt

    Preparation:

    Cake:
    1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until pale and fluffy.
    2. Add oil, milk, and lemon zest, then mix well.
    3. Gradually add flour mixed with baking powder and a pinch of salt until smooth.
    4. Pour into a greased, floured mold.
    5. Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 40–45 min.

    Lemon cream:
    1. Dissolve cornstarch in some milk, then add the rest.
    2. Add sugar + lemon juice, cook over medium heat, stirring until thick.
    3. Remove from heat, add yogurt, and mix.

    Decoration:
