  1. For the couscous, I’m using 50% normal one and 50% whole-weath. I like the taste of the normal one and the bite of the whole-weath.

    For the stew (4 servings):

    3 onions (chopped), 2 carrots (shredded), 1 bell pepper (chopped), 1 zucchini (chopped) – sauteed together; added 4 Tbsp of concentrated tomato paste and enough water (or broth) to cover + salt and spices; simmered for 10 min, added 1 can of butter beans, simmered 10-15 more minutes, added 100ml of cream, simmered 5 more minutes.

    Lucious, delicious goodness and the sauce works so well with the couscous.
