
First time ever making Teriyaki Salmon and it was amazing. Marinated the salmon in Kikkoman teriyaki sauce oyster sauce and sesame oil for about 4hrs. Reverse seared on a Weber charcoal grill.
Side of chopped and stir fried broccolini with soy sauce served over a bed of tri-colored quinoa and Jasmine rice.
Garnished with toasted sesame seed and spring onion.
