Have you ever tried or cooked pasta with almond pesto? Pesto comes in many variations in Italy, and it's worth trying them all!

Let's discover the almond pesto recipe together:
Ingredients:
* Basil, 100 g
* Parmigiano Reggiano, 35 g
* Pecorino Romano, 35 g
* Almonds, 100 g
* Salt, to taste
* Extra virgin olive oil, 120 ml (unless otherwise specified)
* Garlic, 1 large clove
How to prepare:
- Place the pecorino, parmesan, almonds, a pinch of salt, and a little oil in a blender. Blend.
- Gradually add the basil to the blender, along with the oil in a thin stream. Continue blending.
- Place the almond pesto in containers, divide the garlic clove into three parts, and place each part in a separate container.
- The almond pesto is ready to flavor our pasta!
