
This was filling and I actually enjoyed eating slowly (I’m not a slow eater!). Baked coconut crusted salmon with Mrs. Dash garlic & herb spice mix, some dark greens (kale and spinach), walnuts, blueberries, cucumbers and garlic hummus, and some dark chocolate almonds (only had 3).
