  1. Pretty good! And you already had oatmeal and maybe some bread with whole grains! Good you have vegetables in with the healthy protein. I’m in a cancer-free convenient new sneak, included in my mentality of a cut fresh carrot, apple, orange each time, among more. I’m always having one be a cut part of a cucumber. I also have a normal amount of milk each time, some whole some when 1% was there. I start with some whole then keep adding the low %. Just water does it, but no ice maker! The frozen chicken is still there, and I just moved hotels. Social Security..
