    Ingredients
    • Finely chopped veggies – cabbage, bell peppers, carrot, beans, corn
    • Cottage cheese (crumbled)
    • Garlic cloves
    • 1 green chilli
    • Few drops of soy sauce
    • Salt, as needed
    • Oil

    For omelette rolls: eggs, salt, pepper
    For fresh rolls: cucumber slices
    Base: rice paper sheets

    Method
    1. Stuffing – Heat oil, sauté garlic and chilli. Add finely chopped veggies and corn, stir-fry. Add cottage cheese, soy sauce, and salt. Mix and set aside.
    2. Omelette – Beat eggs with salt and pepper, cook thin omelette, cut into strips.

    Variants
    • Fresh Crunch – Rice paper + stuffing + cucumber slices. Serve fresh.
    • Veggie & Omelette – Rice paper + stuffing + omelette strips. Roll and pan-fry.
    • Classic Veggie – Rice paper + stuffing only. Roll and pan-fry.
