I absolutely love ice cold, almost freezing water. Give me a cup of water that’s mostly ice and I’m happy. But my stomach in recent years has gotten too bad to drink that. So now I have to drink room temp(🤢) or hot if its really bad. Which, I don’t mind hot water. I just prefer ice cold.

I’ve had people tell me it’s dAnGeRoUs to drink cold water because it can put your body into shock 🙄

  6. Why did this immediately make me think of the movie thirteen? I forget the exact quote but it was when Evie was talking about drinking so many glasses of ice water a day to burn calories

  7. Is this why I don’t like cold water and drink room temp? My digestive system is so lazy it doesn’t want to use the 8 calories.

  8. After I just read an article about room temp water being better for you 🤦🏻‍♀️

By this logic, technically, any water has negative calories because it takes a (likely negligible) amount of calories to swallow the water.
