I cut open an Italian sausage from the butcher, and fried in a high walled pan, then I hand grated some tomatoes from the farmer that I bought last week, and used the pulp to cook some risotto down in the grease from the sausage with fresh basil. Then when cooked, I cut the heat, threw back in the sausage with some butter, and mixed. It came out super creamy and flavorful
