Looks fire man, way to go! I made a fried onion pasta yesterday and it was insane how complex it made everything else I added to the mix, some left over chicken breast and green bell peppers, and just a couple of tablespoons of passata. I got everything nicely browned (chicken, pasta, bell peppers and onion) before adding the passata to deglaze the pot, wicked recipe! Finished off with some oregano and squeeze of lemon, and a good glug of EVOO 🔥
