One can/bottled beer (lager is best but any will do) about 1/4 c of water depending on how many potatoes you use, I always make a big pot for guests and left overs. Baby potatoes, andouille sausage, bite sized corn on the cob, and plenty of old bay seasoning. I allow potatoes to cook half way, then start layering. Sausage, corn, shrimp last since they take the least amount of time. Enjoy. Thank you 😊
