

So I pre-entered my meals for the day, and I end up with pretty low nutrient consumption as you can see above.
So, breakfast is those oikos protein yogurts.
Lunch is grilled chicken soft tacos, with pico de gallo and black beans.
Dinner is oyakodon, with a cup of mung bean sprouts added. (Chicken, egg, onion, simmered in a soy sauce broth, served over rice)
I haven't eaten lunch or dinner yet, so I can still make adjustments.
I'm kind of at a loss of what to add. I have green cabbage, green beans, more bean sprouts, onions, green onions, and carrots at home.
I'm not a big fan of fruits, but I like most vegetables. I like beans, but I used the last of my black beans for the tacos, so I'd have to go to the store.
