Roasted carrots w/olive oil, salt & pepper & parsley. [Homemade]

  1. These are carrots from our garden. We didn’t have a ton of them, but we did have enough for a nice feed of roast carrots. We grew the parsley as well!

    After tossing them in olive oil and salt and pepper, they were cooked in a cast iron skillet at 400 degrees for 30 min. I gave them a toss about midway.

    So yummy!
