Hello there are some bacon jam buns i did for my day off to relax a bit. The bun recipe is Richard bertinet's one. They are extremely light and airy and the crust is super crispy. They are delicious 😋

Ingredients :
– Bacon jam
– 500g bacon end
– canned tomato
– paprika powder
– brown sugar
– salt
– apple cider vinegar

  • 500g bread flour
  • 200g milk
  • 50g cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 60g sugar
  • 60g butter
  • 10g salt
  • 10g yeast
