Ingredients
Brown egg, large ~ 50g
Egg whites 200 g
Homemade Chicken stock 200 g
Konjac fettuccine noodles 100g
smoked Turkey sausage 112 g
Smoked turkey sausage can be replaced by better protein per calorie and unprocessed foods like chicken breast pieces.
Salt, half thai green pepper, 2 mint leaves as topping and 1 small garlic clove as uncounted calories.
Method:
1. Measure stock, sausage and boil together. You can also airfry the sausage if u want them as crispy toppings instead.
2. Add konjac noodles.
3. Turn heat lower and add egg+egg whites, gradually while stirring. Ideally, we want the egg whites to be dissolved in the broth as much as possible rather than clumping. (But u can see i dont do a perfect job of it lol)
4. Add salt to taste.
5. Add other spices as per taste (i skipped this to rule out inflammatory substances in my diet).
