Caught myself in a spiral of snacking because I am off today and am having a lazy morning. To try to make my snacking less calorie dense I decided I’d be proactive with my boredom and take time to try to style my food to the best of my ability, and have a photoshoot with my phone, because I wasn’t even actually hungry (considering I already ate a couple of snacks literally 5 minutes before!). As I was slathering some smashed avocado onto the rice cakes I realized I would more than likely inhale it within 2 seconds and then be back for more in no time. In my effort to extend the process of making my food pretty, I inadvertently made it healthier by using dill and sunflower micro greens just for aesthetic. Anyway, feels like a new hack since I always catch myself endlessly snacking when I’m having a lazy day. Anyway, idk why I’m posting this. I guess because it was fun and helped me curb my mindless snacking a bit.
