Breakfast: Birch Benders vegan protein pancakes with microwaved frozen blueberries and a tbsp pf peanut butter
Lunch: painterland blueberry lemon yogurt + 2 tsp of chia seeds for ~fiber~
Snack: Core power protein shake + watermelon
Dinner: grits with a tbsp of parmesan, spinach, cannelini beans, onion, tomato and 2 eggs
Dessert: about half the container of this vegan pudding

Full day: not 100% sure since I don't know the pudding macros, before the pudding I had 1,233 calories, 86 grams of protein and 22 grams of fiber.
