Closest thing I can find to this (and I enjoy as a snack multiple times a week) is the Tillamook Zero Sugar Beef Jerky. 1oz (28g) is 70 cal, 1.5g fat and 14g protein. When you find the miracle snack please let us know! 😆

Mfw 1g of protein is approx. 4 calories so 25g protein will always be at least 100 calories: TπT

100 cal a scoop, but Ghost has this blue raspberry clear whey protein that I’ve been sliding into any day I have an extra 100 cal to spend. Meets every other condition, though, afaik.

My only issue with it is that I need an immersion blender to get it actually smooth, and *even then* there’s still a little foam on the top. If you have a good shaker bottle, you can probably get around that.

as an anime fan, I never expected to see hayao miyazaki in a meme on here loll

  7. In my country there is a supermarket that sells high protein gelatin. It comes in individual cups that are 100g and they have 40 calories and 10g of protein (basically it’s just protein and water).

    That’s easy

Unfortunately I’m not a billionaire so I can’t afford protein snacks, I can barely afford protein dinners
