Frankly, a disappointment. It was a lot of work, having to cook the rice twice (boil and bake), cook the chicken, the chickpeas, the chorizo (well, substituted soppressata), make the sauce, chop the lettuce and assemble everything. The rice was too hard, the chicken too dry. Maybe I could have done a better job on the components, but there was too much going on at once to keep an eye on all the separate elements. Anyway, the sauce was nice, but on balance just a classic chicken Caesar would have been better.
