While this isn't the absolute best-tasting protein icecream I've ever made in the Creami, it's pretty bomb and it's certainly the lowest calorie. I love eating it for breakfast!

Macros:
– 27g protein
– 12g carbs
– 1g fat
– Bonus: 140 mg caffeine

Ingredients:
– 1 can Spylt Max caffeinated chocolate milk (can substitute regular Spylt for less caffeine or another flavor if you're not feeling chocolate)
– 1/2 cup Kroger CarbMaster vanilla yogurt
– 1 tbsp sugar free chocolate pudding mix

Instructions:
Mix everything together then freeze for at least 8 hours. Blend on the lite icecream setting and remove from the Creami. Let it melt for about 5 minutes. Scrape the ice off the sides with a spoon, then re-spin it once.

The Spylt makes it fairly expensive, but I'm willing to shell out for a pint of icecream with these macros. It leaves me full until lunch and gives me energy. Enjoy!
