This app is great. I used to grab chick fil a or McD’s breakfast before leaving for work and wondered why I looked so round all of a sudden

I wonder this too, especially when my toddler shoves food in my mouth. I’m not always the best at tracking that 😂

Try logging the recipe for those pancakes and tracking EXACTLY what the calories in that specific recipe. The generic ones usually aren’t accurate and an even bigger shock is coming your way 😂

It’s crazy how many calories are in things we don’t pay attention to, I ended up switching to almond milk in my coffee and g Hughes sauces for all my foods. For 1200 those little things add up like crazy

I have four kids. My husband is 6’5”, my son was 6’6” last time we checked. Right now, the only person in this house that’s smaller than me is 2 years old.

Between making food all day, seeing other people eat all day, and seeing their portions all day…

Let’s just say it’s not a mystery that I struggled with portion sizes and frequency of eating for a person the size I am *supposed* to be. And I don’t mean that to say I’m special; I’m sure that’s a struggle for lots of people!

Man, I feel this. I found out I was getting 150 calories just from my kids left over grapes and cheese.

Tracking is incredible. It’s so annoying at first but it really made a huge difference for me.

Adding in your gummy vitamins is wildly funny to me! You’re on TOP of it. 🏆

Omg yes!!! I don’t want to track them so I’ve just stopped eating them lol. Tracking makes me so much more conscious of what I put in my mouth lol

  10. This is me. My son leaves a bite of corn dog, I like corn dogs but dont eat them myself. So I’ll eat his leftover bite bite. Or his chicken nugget. Or split fries with him. Or some Mac and cheese when I make it for him. I’m actively trying to not eat his leftovers.
