Grilled Peaches are a great summer dessert that stars the delicious taste of fresh peaches. Enjoy these warm, cinnamon peaches with a scoop of cool vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe yellow peaches
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates or a grill pan to prevent sticking.
  2. Wash and halve the peaches. Remove the pits, but leave the skins on.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Brush the cut side of each peach half with the mixture.
  4. Place the peaches cut side down on the grill. Cook for 3–4 minutes, or until grill marks form and the peaches are softened.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately as-is or with toppings like yogurt, whipped cream, or ice cream.
