Ingredients
- 4Â ripe yellow peaches
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates or a grill pan to prevent sticking.
- Wash and halve the peaches. Remove the pits, but leave the skins on.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Brush the cut side of each peach half with the mixture.
- Place the peaches cut side down on the grill. Cook for 3â4 minutes, or until grill marks form and the peaches are softened.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately as-is or with toppings like yogurt, whipped cream, or ice cream.
