  2. lol this is me today 😭 I went over to friends house & had 5 beers & a seltzer & pizza. The shame is real, I did hike 9 miles the day before so makes me feel a lil better 😆

    This is me. Wine, Sprite and Vodka, Simply Limeade and tequila, key lime pie yogurt spiked with tequila- I could keep going but I’ll just stop.😂 Honestly sometimes I drink more than I eat which I know is not good but hey sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to make it through this life.

    OP, I applaud you for tracking this. When I drank I would track the first two beers and then ‘conveniently’ forget to track everything else.

  8. Dassai 50 is probably my favourite sake, but I’ve only ever had it as the Junmai Daiginjo. I had no idea they made it as a sparkling nigori.

    In any case… you’ve got good taste!

    Eh, shit happens. Just don’t let it become a habit. And in my opinion, don’t “compensate” by eating even less than 1200 in the following days. Your body needs nutrients, especially after you poisoned it with a ton of alcohol. 1200 is already quite extreme (yes, even if you’re a short, sedentary woman).

    Forgive yourself, learn, and keep making good choices.
