I was going to make a quesadilla inspired dish but had the wrong typo of wraps so I left it open. I made it for brunch and it's now over 6hrs later and I'm only now hungry again. Good VFM!

  • Low carb wrap
  • Cheddar cheese grated
  • Red peppers (capsicums)
  • Sweetcorn
  • Roast chicken left over
  • Coriander
  • Spices (smoky salt, sweet paprika, garlic powder, a bit of chilli and MSG)

I cook all up in a pan except the cheese, then remove the mix, add the wrap with cheese until it melts then add the mix back on top.

How would you improve this?
