Homemade toasted mustard seed gouda cheese, with Oregon stone fruit and fresh picked blueberries.

The toasted seeds pop really pleasantly and have a wonderful flavor and aroma. The texture id perfect. One of the most delicious cheeses I have ever made. Wildly happy with this one. The fruit is all local to me here in Oregon.
