Sliced up potato and seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and cooked in air fryer. 1/2c cottage cheese. 3oz grilled chicken breast diced up + frank’s red hot. You can add green onion (or any other veggies you wanted) or cheese. My new favourite and ridiculously simple to make (especially if you’re using leftover grilled chicken like I did).
