
I asked chat gpt to make a Mediterranean inspired meal plan and grocery list for the week, then the recipe. I roasted the chickpeas instead of just heating them in the microwave & made a Greek yogurt sauce to go with it! 465 cals a serving without feta; 495 with FF feta (I don’t think it needed it tho— the feta got lost in the bowl and didn’t add much). It was so good!! I air fried the chicken with no oil & used 1 tbsp of avocado oil to roast the chickpeas and veggies.
