I accidentally walked a ton today (thank you walking pad + busy workday) and felt super happy to be back on track after eating at maintenance the past few days. This community has been so helpful to me on my weight loss journey so I was excited to share a day I feel super proud of โ˜บ๏ธ swipe for macros for each meal!

Breakfast- 4 boiled eggs + mate, ice protein coffee ๐Ÿฅš โ˜•๏ธ lunch: quinoa, salad, salmon with sugar free alcohol free tinto de verano (donโ€™t know how to translate that lol) ๐Ÿท ๐ŸŸ snack: mango coconut protein smoothie ๐Ÿฅญ๐Ÿฅฅ dinner: 2 carb balance tortilla pizzas with Coke Zero ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿฅค

Things I donโ€™t track: mate, black coffee, sugar free drinks, spices
