





I am NOT advocating a 900 calorie diet, but found this helpful to get my main nutritional needs from 3 meals and still have 300 calories for snacks, treats, a glass of wine 🍷😉
first picture is loosely based on the viral “jennifer aniston salad”. I ran out of chickpeas so did not include those and didn’t log the parsley, dill, and mint but all were fresh and minimal calories. I use kaizen rice and find it to be insanely filling.
