      Aw man that’s amazing! I wish I had such a restaurant nearby. Having grown up in the South, I miss that kind of comfort food.

      Ooooh! Another southerner here. I keep hearing great things about this place. Aren’t they in the vegan gas station? I haven’t been, but I’m very curious.

      If you’re in the area, check out Minako’s Japanese takeout in San Mateo. It’s not 100% veg, but much of the menu is vegetarian or vegan. Their tofu katsu and garlic tofu are my favorites.

      I immediately checked their website, because I visit that area now and then, and their website sucks! It won’t display the fucking menu!

      So… does anyone know if they have a gluten-free menu? Everything I see pictured is in a burger bun, or breaded/battered and fried.
