



These muffins use TVP for they protein and have a similar texture to baked oats! Since they have protein and fiber, they're a pretty filling breakfast. I like to make a batch over the weekend for weekly meal prepping.
I used date sugar to reduce the calories, but you could use monk fruit, etc. to reduce them further!
