For a 326 calorie serving, make the following substitutions:
- 1.5 cups 2% milk instead instead of 3/4 cups heavy cream + 3/4 cups water
- Swap butter for margarine

if you don’t substitute anything and use heavy cream, regular stick butter, and proper chicken broth, calories come out to approx. 515/serving, which still isn’t bad
This recipe is SO GOOD and keeps so well in the fridge!
Try the rice beforehand to make sure it doesn’t need to cook in more liquid. If it’s not fully done, just add some more water, cover, and continue to cook until everything absorbs. Chicken and broccoli will absorb quite a bit of liquid. Sprinkle on some nutritional yeast or cheese for extra flavor.
