The sheer existence of pickled onions has revived me it’s so good. Also yes I like beets how can you tell.

Assuming I did the math right it’s 385~cals. I overestimated the weights in some areas just to be sure.

Peppers:
-250g bell peppers (38cal) [[they actually weighed like 158g total]]
-75g of cooked buckwheat (72cal)
-1 medium carrot (19cal)

Beet salad:
-350g of beetroots (168cal)
-100g low fat Greek yoghurt (51cal)
-4 cloves of garlic

Bits and bobs:
-a cuppa (1cal)
-cucumber (idfk 5cals ig I don’t count them)
-pickled onion (28cal)

Before deficit I’d have my beet salad be all mayonnaise, bunch of garlic and beets. Since I can’t really do that I’ve subbed it with yoghurt. The result is a bit more wet but I don’t mind it since I eat it for the taste anyway. If anyone wants the recipe feel free to let me know!
