I've been trying different blends of protein fluff and whips. I've had a LOT of fails. I can't blend ice cubes so those protein fluffs don't work for me. I use frozen berries instead and they come out Oookkk. But I'm finding cottage cheese whips to work better for me and are more satisfying ( I usually can't finish them). Today I used 2% cottage cheese, monk sweetener, frozen blueberries, protein powder and vanilla. 228 cal and could only eat about 2/3.

I usually only use half a scoop of it's of powder bc I really hate the taste and texture. And even without it at all it still is a satisfying deserty treat for me.

Next time I'm going to try less sugar and a more tart fruit as this was a little too sweet. I think a tart flavour world work really well with the rich cottage cheese
