    I make yogurt with granola, linseed, chia seeds, and raspberries and I count it as a meal. It’s around 450 calories though.

    I would smash this instead of ice cream at night. Still trying to figure out my bedtime snack. I’ve been going without. It’s probably not advisable to eat just before bed either, is it?
