[Buffalo Tempeh](https://www.target.com/p/lightlife-organic-buffalo-tempeh-7oz/-/A-79720466) and [Mission Protein wraps](https://www.target.com/p/mission-vegan-protein-plant-powered-tortillas-9oz-8ct/-/A-54612576) are from Target. Ranch dressing is vegan mayo thinned with water and added ranch spices (dried parsley, dill, salt, dash dried onion soup mix, pepper, and a shake of vegan parm). The Buffalo Tempeh packages comes with 4 slices and I only needed one for this wrap. I pan fried it in a non-stick pan until slightly crispy. For added flavor I pickled the carrots with rice vinegar and that was really good. Additionally, I used 6 grams of avocado, and 41 grams of chopped tomato.

This buffalo tempeh is SO tasty. Can I make my own buffalo tempeh? Yes. Will I now that this is available? Probably not.
I mixed it with homemade cauliflower & cheese, a truly indulgent volume eating treat.

looks delicious thanks for sharing. I tried some tempeh for the first time last week. I didn’t flavor it enough. I will try this one.

I just found these the other day! They’re awesome! Only caveat is you have to cook them in oil (to taste the best that is).

Hold up – I’ve never seen those wraps before. Howd you like it!?

this is great idea! I have some regular tempeh in my fridge that I don’t know what to do with. I’ve eaten at restaurants before, but never made something at home.
