Not bad, I think? I mixed and matched some berry chia jams and one that included beets and another with gelatin to add a bit extra protein. Mine is 1 1/2 cup berry blend, 4 TBSP chia seeds, gelatin, 1 beet, 1/2 TBSP gelatin, a bit of lemon juice and water, and 1 TBSP date paste.

PB is the Naked PB plus water and a pinch of sea salt. Rice cake was Sprouts brown rice cake.

I think I'll add more gelatin next time to thicken it more and increase the protein a bit.
