
I tried this recipe for spinach-artichoke chicken casserole, and yum!

I ran out of cottage cheese, so I substituted a bit of Skyr, and did a little more spinach and less artichoke, no parm, due to what I had on hand. It was filling, and we have leftovers…any ideas for some sort of crust for it though? I figured I could use this as a filling or topper. Thanks!
