Ingredients :
1) 1 eggs ( I used medu
2) 1/4 cup of flour ( 1/3 cup of you wanna make more)
3) 180 g protein vanilla pudding ( I used 200 g last time)
4) baking powder /sprinkles of salt
My toppings:
I added low kcal cream cheese and powder sugar
You could add low kcal syrup ( both in the batter and as topping)
Note :
Don't try this with a chocolate flavour pudding it just doesn't work
