

I was soley using chat gpt for my plan because I love AI tools and it kept me engaged and wanting to keep going. Well even with my step counts and all the info I gave it, it still underestimated my TDEE by at least 800 calories and for 26 days I was running a 1,700 deficit and lost 13.6lbs. Felt great on the scale, but my arms and ribs started to become sore on day 26. That’s when I finally listened to yalls advice and found a good TDEE calculator….. wanted to come back and apologize if I came off offensive! I was super fixated on progress. Yeah it worked I see awesome result but I told myself I’m going to do it the right way and I unknowingly messed up. AI is an amazing tool to help, but it isn’t perfect and I knew that but I had blinders on I guess.
