A hard exercise session can undo some of the damage, it’s like having your own sweaty time machine.

Hey, it happens. Try to eat normal amounts of healthy foods for the rest of the day and start fresh tomorrow. It will be ok.

  3. Same thing happened to me the other day but it was with Reese’s at 10pm. I knew I shouldn’t have bought them. Ended up eating 12 of those wrapped minis even though I only had 330 cals left 😔😔

  4. Thats the worst part about using your cheat meal on a early breakfast. Its still 9AM and you still got 12 hours before you get to bed. I started doing late brunches to help

  5. This. is. me. Just sit and consume all my calories in one meal knowing I have two meals to make it through in a day. What tha, what? 👀 Bless us.

When I slip up like this I “make up for it” I have veggies and dip for the rest of my meals/snacks. I don’t level off 1500 calories but at least I feel better and dont submit to binge

I just ordered a tomato mozzarella sandwich from a local deli for lunch knowing full well it’s like 900 calories.

Oh and I got two to-go cocktails with it for later.

  8. Sometimes it just turns into a maintenance calorie day when I do shit like that 😂

  9. and then you screw up your entire week and it’ll be another three weeks until you see even the slightest drop in weight

LMAO me this weekend. I’m celebrating my college graduation, dammit!

  11. This has been me since I started working from home two days ago. Before I just wouldn’t eat lunch because I never brought it with me but now I’m 10 feet from the kitchen and always getting something “quick” to eat. Quaker rice cakes (entire packages), tortilla with peanut butter and banana, tortilla with turkey and cheese, etc. 😆 I like working from home but this is baaaaad.

  12. The corona diet: when the spoon hits the bottom of the ice cream container, breakfast is finished.

  13. Binging is your body’s reaction to restriction. Maybe cycle in a few higher calorie days!
