

This is the first time I’ve enjoyed Pb2 as a replacement! I think it’s the combination with banana-flavoured skyr yogurt. This tastes super indulgent but isn’t. Plus it has 20 g of protein so this is a success and I wanted to share.
Steps I took :
I mixed together, one egg, monk fruit, cinnamon, and a little water – just enough to make sure we can coat four sides of the bread.
Fried the bread in the butter. In the meantime, mixing together the PB2. It was also watered down so that I could drizzle it on top like a fancy chef.
Then it’s just assembly. Adding some stawbs on top with that yoghurt and peanut butter for a delicious breakfast.
